I'm not sure if this is the right place to post these, but here I go...
First of all, my sister's wedding is June of 2013 and I want to lose more than 100 pounds by then. My question here is... does this seem unrealistic? Does anyone have any tips for me so I don't lose my focus or motivation? (I have a huge problem in that department.)
That leads me into my next question. It's pretty much the same thing, but more generalized. Does anyone have any advice for me that will help keep me motivated throughout? I know it's easier when I set mini-goals for myself, but I know I'm not good with being realistic, which is why I asked the first question.
Please help and wish me luck! If anyone has any other tips/advice/etc please let me know. I need all the help I can get!!!

Is it unrealistic to lose greater than 100 pounds by June 2013? It would depend on how much greater than 100 you're talking and how much you weigh right now. I am in a medical weight loss program where I am monitored by doctors, dieticians, psychologists and exercise physiologists and I've dropped just over 40 pounds in 2 weeks. I am on a strict 1200 per day calorie eating plan where half of my calories are in the form of New Direction meal replacement shakes.
Keep in mind that men lose weight a lot faster than women do. If you want to achieve your goal it will take A LOT of hard work on your part, it won't be easy and you should seek professional, medical help in losing that much weight to ensure you do it in a healthy manner.

I took a ton of hard work I only lost 82 pound in a year. That was a year on a 1200 calorie diet. If you could I dont know if it would be healthy.0

It is realistic say if you lose 10lbs a month:) But you will have to do exercise and cut down your calories quite a lot good luck0

Please remember that even if you would "only" manage to get rid of, say, 70 lbs or even 50lbs you will still feel much better and look slimmer than now. It's so easy to fall in to the trap of focusing on a magic number as an ultimate goal where you will look great and when that weight is paired with a time limit that (might) feel unattainable we give up before we even start. Guilty as charged in the past.
I know you know this already, but no one goes from 100lbs overweight - stay that way for months while working their butts off exercising and counting calories - and then *poof!* wake up in their new body.
Set realistic, sustainable goals. Small in the first few weeks and work yourself up. Check out process pictures here and other weight loss sites and see what a difference smaller losses make; not only in numbers on the scale but in energy, attitude and health
I see so many people giving up before they even try because it's impossible to lose the 20lbs in 2 weeks when they're going on a cruise, or 50 lbs in 2 months 'cause they have a school reunion. So what if you "only" make it half way? You'll still feel more fantastic than you do today about yourself and after the event, life goes on and we continue to strive towards our ultimate goal.
Saying that 100lbs in one year is possible even without starving yourself. Just don't make it about the wedding - make it about you0
