I feel so good about my weight loss adventure; I've only lost 4 lbs to date but feel like I "get it" this time.

It's different this time. I'm not hyperfocusing on my emotions/guilt of why I became over weight or why I don't look like a magazine model. This has removed the stress from dieting and really helped me see what is important: making good choices. I don't feel deprived and am enjoying becoming a stronger, healthier person.

It may be just a good day talking, but I feel that life is good and I want to enjoy every minute!
