What should definetly be on a Shopping List for healthy eating and lifestyle?
Just the basics you will buy almost ever!

I start with:

- oatmeal / oat flakes

    Watch out for high sugar in the low fat yoghurt, nutritional fat is not the enemy!

    i usually get the chicken fresh when it's on sale for $2 or less a pound and the fish i just get whatever is a better deal frozen or fresh

    dave's killer bread (light) it's full of seeds!
    flax seeds (I like ground)
    mustard any kind you like
    fixings for fresh salsa (garlic, onion, tomato, cilantro, jalapeno, lime)

    and I can't live without my coffee... but that's a personal choice!
