Little help for arms?

I've always had nice arms but I recently found out I have to have surgery on my left wrist and I'm not allowed to put pressure on it, what exercises can I do? My arms are becoming 'bat wings'...

Bump? I really need help with this0

I would ask your physician for advice..................... if you have to have surgery... I wouldn't be comfortable advising you on anything0

It's just a cyst in my wrist and it hurts when I pick things up, I've got over an 18 month wait to even get it looked at!0

If its just a cyst that sits on the outside - carry on doing exercise
~If it's inside the joint I have no experience of this and can't comment0 -

Also, have you considered martial arts?http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i53Ak7nAoFg&feature=relmfu

Might be worth a visit to a private physio, they will be able to give you exercises with confidence that they won't interfere with your medical issues.0
