Achievable goals

Hi All, Im off on holiday 6 weeks today and want to be 7lbs lighter by then, is this achievable and does anyone have any tips?? I eat 1200 cals approx, although i had a alcohol binge over the weekend. :-0 I recently two weeks ago started a bootcamp fitness outdoor class, that i throughly enjoy and go to 3 time a week, its very high intensity, with some resistance work and a lot of squats, push ups etc, im hoping to start seeing this making a difference soon, i also swim once a week.

Any help anyone can offer me i would really appreciate.
