Filling, healthy snacks?

Hey everyone. Lately, I've been getting super hungry between meals and after exercising. Does anyone have any snack ideas that are filling but not high in calories or carbs? Thanks in advance for any responses

I find protein and healthy fats fill me up. Nuts, hard boiled egg whites, cheese, veggies and hummus or a protein shake with coconut oil.0

celery with natural peanut butter, pure protein bar (drink water with it), 1oz of nuts with some cut up raw veggies0

I'm a big egg fan. I find it filling. After a workout, I will sometimes have a half of bananna as I find I need the potassium. And I find getting in water helps cut cravings and quiet my stomach.0
