I am a 55 year old third grade teacher. I've been on a diet roller coaster for a long time, going from a high of 262 lbs. to 175 to 255 to 185 and back up to 222 lbs. This time I am bound and determined to lose the rest of my weight and keep it off for good. I look forward to feeling better physically and mentally!

Hi -
I'm a 46 year old Project Coordinator at a public university in Louisiana. I have done some roller coaster dieting in the past but due to some medication gained about 35 pounds over the last year and a half, which I have decided needs to come off for good. The outer perimeter of our university is 2.3 miles; I am going to begin walking it at night with two faculty. I am looking forward to beginning an exercise routine because so far I am having trouble losing the weight.0
