lets try to melt some butt off
100 squats lifting at least 1 lb weights over your head each time.....if you have injuries please modify ....if this sounds too easy ....add some more weight or add side leg kicks each time you come up alternating sides .... let us know how you did...what you did and how you broke it up during the day Have a good burn everyone I myself am gonna have a hard time with this one lol good luck to us all

done. based on previous knee surgeries, i do modified wall squats, but haven't done them in forever, back in my physical therapy days. got a good thigh burn.
i did 5 sets of 20.
feel good about it now, will likely regret it tomorrow.
thanks for the challenge.
it's nice to see two days in a row of challenges that non gym buffs can do. yesterday was jumping jacks, today squats...what will tomorrow bring for us average folks?

mine are done
25 at a time with 5 second intervals with 1lb weights alternating crisscross wrists each time. mmmm feels good!!!0
