Healthy Habit Group - anyone interested?

Hey!!

How many times have you tried to change too many things at once, only to fail because life got in the way? All successful people (in any area) are successful because they take small consistent steps towards their goal(s).
I believe that to establish any change you need 3 things: Commitment, Consistency and Camraderie. So commit to change, take consistent action, and have a support group to help you through.

This is what I'm proposing:
- Choose 4 habits that you want to create or change
- decide which order you want to do them in and stick to ONE habit for 3 weeks - pretty simple and doable!
- After the 3 weeks you continue the previous habit, but add a new one
- Add the end of 12 weeks you would hopefully have established 4 new habits that will help you towards your goal!
- The group will be in a PRIVATE group on facebook simply because I feel that their forum is a better forum for discussions but you must use MFP daily - if you're not using it daily that could be your first habit!


I'm looking for people who are serious and ready to make real changes in their life. This isn't obviously the fast way, but from what I've learned it's the only way. Change is hard, but possible.
