What are some good foods/recipe ideas that area high in Fiber? I like to cook a lot, but I haven't found anything that tastes good that is high in fiber.

    Raspberries...one cup = 8 g of fiber.

Cooked lentils or cooked black beans...1 cup = 15-16 g

    Beans are fiber bombs!

Fiber One bars... they are delicious and they have quite a lot of fiber. Almost too much fiber for me lol; I made the mistake of eating 2 in one day, and man I paid for it! But I love how they taste!!

Most vegetables are high in fiber. Grilling them now is wonderful! Brussel sprouts are a big favorite in our house. I saute onion and garlic in a tiny bit of EVOO. While they are sauteing, I microwave the brussel sprouts for a few minutes to soften them. I then throw them in the pan and let them brown, stirring them occasionally. I think there is a gram of fiber per sprout, so lots of fiber! I add black or pinto beans to lots of dishes, especially Mexican ones. This really packs the fiber in.
