Hi everyone!!! Been wanting to get back to my "wedding weight" before I turn 40 (December) but dragging my feet. Saw a very unflattering pic of me this weekend and decided today is the day!!! Healthly food purchased, brought out the exercise DVD's this am and ready to go. Took a "before" pic of me today so I can mark my progress. Way to embarassed to post anywhere as of yet.

Actually set up my account a few weeks ago - hence the 2 lb lost on my first day!! WOO HOO - at least I haven't gained!

What's everyone's secret to success?

Looking for lots of support from you all - esp those approaching 40.....

Thanks

    Hi Alysgoal

Sounds like you have done all the right things so far - setting up an account, buying healthy food, DVDs etc. My advice would be to log everything you eat. You have to be completely honest to get the full picture of how you are doing. We are in the process of moving house so I haven't been exercising as much as I would have liked but the weight is still coming off. Another tip would be to plan ahead as much as possible when it comes to meals. Good luck! Feel free to add me.

    Sara

PS I have approached and past 40 and am now 44 but don't feel it!!!

    Thanks, Sarah and Whiskygemini!!

    114 Pounds- Fantastic!!!

Not worried about 40 - people all say I don't look anywhere near it - nor do I feel it. I think it is a great time to enter a new decade feeling great about myself. Not too happy with the pics I see and how my clothes feel.

I energized and ready to go!!!!
    Thanks!!
