For now, I am on a planned diet that allows apple cider vinegar for salads. I just can't take it. I need some tasty low cal salad dressing recipes! Thanks for your help!

I mix 1 Tablespoon of seasoned vinegar, apple cider vinegar or raspberry vinegar (20 calories) with 1 Tablespoon of Helman's Light mayonnaise (35 calories). Doing that I get lots of dressing for a very large salad. I also mix the salad in a large mixing bowl and let it sit for about 15 minutes for the vegetables to absorb the flavor of the dressing and then serve it into smaller bowls. The dressing that is left at the bottom, is great for drizzling over the salad.:flowerforyou:

I use the salad spritzers, and love them

Can you have greek yogurt on your plan? If so mix some with a ranch dressing packet and thin with vinegar or milk. Yum!! Creamy, fat free, and a little added protein. :flowerforyou:

I always use lemon juice for a salad dressing... or just sprinkle chilli powder/dried herbs/nutritional yeast over the top, i'm boring ha.
