Finally going to weigh myself!

So I haven`t weighed myself in over a year, maybe even 2... I can`t remember the last time I actually did weigh myself. So tonight, when I go to the gym, I am going to for the first time in about 2 years!! The last time I checked I was 145. I`ve gained, lost and gained and lost weight and so on since then... so I have nooo idea what I weigh. Now that I am back on track, I want to weigh myself and see if I can finally lose that 10 pounds! Now I can actually track the weight I am losing (or gaining) :P I just had to get brave enough to weigh myself... and tonight I will! I`ll be surprised if I am under 145 but I am hoping I am... and hopefully not more than that :P Just had to share this will all of you!! I haven`t had much motivation or support lately so I have been trying my hardest to stay focused on my goal. Maybe weighing myself will motivate me more :) Just have to wait and see I guess!

    I think the best way to weigh yourself is first thing in the a.m.
    Get up & pee, no food, no water or clothes on! :laugh: :bigsmile:
