Hi everyone!
I thought it may help my motivation a little if I started to train for a 5K, I decided on www.thecolorrun.com because well, it just looks so fabulous!! What better way to run a 5K than be covered in color
I am a terrible runner and the most I can do on a treadmill is 1.6 miles at 4.5 mph. Outdoors, I can do less than that and struggle to do .5 of a mile
Would anyone have any suggestions or is there anyone out there that accomplished this?
