Starting Turbo Fire July 23!

Just started TurboFire last night and love it! Chalene gives me so much energy and great vibes that I never want to stop working out! I did Fire Class 30/Stretch 10.
Food intake was:

Breakfast: Shakeology with PB
Snack: Yoplait Strawbery Light Yogurt
Lunch: Left over spicy chicken and rice
Snack: 12 bing cherries
Supper: Sweet Onion Teriyaki Chicken Sub (Subway)

I really need to focus on drinking more water! MORE WATER, MORE WATER, MORE WATER!

Tonight will be Fire 15! Shorter class but kicks your butt!
