l'm 5'6 and 138 lbs. I'd LOVE to lose 15 more pounds, but for the past year I've been boucing between 136 and 139 lbs. I've tried eating better, working out more, and I just feel like I can't find ANYTHING to work for me. (I haven't logged food in a while and just started to again today, so you won't find much) Does anyone recommend any foods, work outs (I'm starting back at my gym tonight, diet supplements, or anything that could help me lose 15 lbs.?! Thanks!

1) Set a realistic goal. With that little to lose, you shouldn't aim for more than 1/2 lb per week
2) Lift weights. Building muscle helps burn fat.
3) Keep measurements (bust, waist, hips, thighs). Especially if you're working out, you might retain some water at first and eventually build some muscle, which could make it look like you aren't losing. If you're losing inches, you're doing it right.
4) Eat enough. Severe calorie deficits are unsustainable and you'll gain it all back when you start eating normally again!0
