A couple of weeks ago I was reading a magazine and I read an article were this Olympian said that in order for her to get to where she is now, she had to find out what scared her the most and then conquer that fear. It got me to thinking about running, my biggest exercise fear. After much thought, I told myself that I would become a runner no matter what. So I did my research and found a running regiment for beginners. { http://www.womenshealthmag.com/fitness/weight-loss-program-walk-run} It's basically a six week plan that will get me running for 30 minutes straight by the 6th week. So far I'm into week 2 and feel great, physically and mentally!
Now I'm challenging any and everyone to identify their (physical) fear and go at it. Write down what you would rather hold off on and instead get to it asap!!!
