Hi all,
I downloaded this app a couple of years ago but never really used it properly, just found it on my iTunes again now so have re-installed it and am looking forward to getting started. I have 55 lbs to lose and am fed up with making excuses...birthdays, girls nights, bored...start again tomorrow etc. I'm feeling focused and ready to finally get slim & fit again eating sensibly and doing regular exercise, not trying every diet that comes out (believe me I've tried them all!). I'm turning 30 next April so want to reach my goal by then.
