Homemade trail mix?

How would you figure out the portion and calories for homemade trail mix? I have-mixed nuts (a new favorite), blueberry, oat and honey granola, dried mixed berries, unsalted pretzels and a handful of M&M's. I put it a large container and shook it all up (I didn't use the whole bag of granola or pretzels though.
Any other suggestions of what to put in there (or to change it out).
