Saying Hello

Hi,

I am new to this. I joined a couple of weeks ago. I've been doing a fairly good job of doing some type of exercize for 30 min per day, but the nutrition is hard. I do eat healthy for the most part but I'm realizing I'm not very good at eyeing a portion size. I've been weight everything and counting out what a portion size is and it is definitely an eye-opener. I'm hoping to meet some other folks on here that are in the same place as I am. It is more fun to get encouragement from someone else. :)

    I'm new too. This is really a great tool for both weight loss and general life improvement. Knowing you have people that believe in you and that can hold you accountable really makes you think twice about that late night ice cream! I'm glad to hear you're working toward your goal and not giving up! Keep up the good work.
