Hi, I'm new to this site, I'm calorie counting and last week I lose 5lbs. I'm still going strong now in week 2 which is a big achievement for me as I usually give up. I am determined to get to my goal weight this time.

When I started I weighed 235lbs and I want to lose about 8st :D

This website is a great help with tracking my calories and I love how it has almost every type of food in the database!
