New from Philly!

Hi there. I just joined and am hoping to lose at least 20 pounds. I am getting married in October of next year and would like to wear my dress proudly! I have been cutting down calories and doing light exercising here and there. Right now I am focused on finding a new job and once I am settled in I can start the harder workouts. I am a member of Retro Fitness and hope to get there as much as possible. It is hard to get in work outs when we have a puppy at home and we try not to leave him alone too much yet. I am excited to have some motivation and hope that it will work out! So far I have been eating cereal for breakfast, like Special K. Slimfast bars for lunch. Fruit in between for snack and a salad and grilled chicken for dinner.
