For all of you that have lost lots of weight....Was there ever a time when you worked really hard and lost little and if so, how did you do to keep going and not give up? Need so much support right now.

    I worked out 7 days a week for 5 months and lost a total of 3 pounds ;(! Knew something was very wrong went to the doctor got diagnosed with some health problems. The last 3 weeks I had stalled and wanted to quit everyday but I just remember the promise I made to myself and the goals I want to reach by oct and that keeps me motivated :) I did start droping weight again this last week had I given up I wouldnt have broken my stall!

    Someone on here once said something that made alot of sense to me "In a year from now you will wish you had started today." I tell myself that over and over again when I want to quit or the scale doesnt move for me.

    I thought about that this year when I started again.....If I would have stuck to this in July of 2011 by now how much of a difference would I have been?.....

    So I am back at again and I don't want to quit but I get so discourage when I don't see any results but your right in a year from now if I keep at I am sure I will see a difference.
