I tried on this great pair of capris yesterday that I just love but they are super tight so I didnt buy them coz I didnt think I could get enough use out of them before winter and they will be too big next spring. My question is how much weight equals a size? They were buttoned and zipped but I wouldnt attempt to sit down in them. lol

It's hard to say. I would guess about 10 lbs. Sometimes more. It varies and partly depends on where most of the fat is coming off during that time. That is something we have little control over. Our bodies decide where the fat is going to come off next and it is not always in the places we were hoping for at the time. I found it seemed that as I got slimmer that I seemed to be losing sizes more quickly than in the earlier part of my journey.0

For me it tends to be about 20 pounds to a size, but it depends on height and body composition. A good rule of thumb is that you'll need to lose about two inches around the middle to drop a pants size.0
