Well Of course I'm new, why else would I post in the forum? lol Anywho, if anyone has some pointers, or soethin that really helped them melt the pounds. Let me know!!

I'm new myself. This is my first week of tracking (again). Just knowing that thereis someoneout there in this nightmare with me helps me. Keep plugging along. that's the only advice I have.0

Hello and welcome! :happy: My biggest pointers would be to drink at least 64 oz of water, faithfully track every bit of food on the food diary, and make sure that you are doing your exercise. If you do all of this, the weight will come off. I have lost 6 lbs in my first 2 weeks. Welcome and I hope you enjoy!
