Baked Turkey Cutlets - How would you do them?

I have a package of turkey cutlets that I want to make tonight, but I'm not sure how I should prepair them. I'm thinking of putting them on a baking sheet, putting a LF mayo / mustart sauce on them, and then covering that with some breadcrumbs, and baking.
Any other suggestions welcome. I would rather stay away from the mayo, but I just can't think of anything else to do with them!
TIA!!!

try coating with mustad and sprinkling on your favorite spices. I like mustard seeds, tumeric and rosemary. bake 350 for 30 to 35 depending on thickness. Really moist and tasty.0

So just omit the mayo... That sounds like a good idea! Thanks!0 -
I ended up putting them in an egg wash, and the coating with bread crumbs, panko and sesame seeds. They are baking as we speak, and I'm about to throw some brocolli in the wok. Early dinner, but thats OK - We are hungry!!!0
