Stumbled upon body types

found out today I am a Endomorph, I am completly and utterly lost, since feb I have been yo yoing on the scale, tracking foods, granted I haven't been totally 100% on tracking but I do track.weekends kill me. I do arobic work out twice a week..for the most part, some times more if I can fit it in. I eat strictly fruts, veggies and protine very little starch or bread not alot of fish or beans ... any help for any one on a weigh loss program with body types?
