SO, I guess this woman is suing Kirstie Alley because she thought Kirstie lost all of her weight because of taking this "supplement" she was taking. She thinks that just because Kirstie endorsed this product and accredited it to her weight loss that she had to do nothing else to lose the weight!?!?! WOW, I cant believe some people!! ANYTHING for some publicy and/or money!!

SERIOUSLY PEOPLE!!! It says she lost the weight while on this supplement, NOT soley because of it!?!?!? DUH!!!!

OK...I'm done!!

    well they also say the results will vary....? there is no gurantee they will get the same result. I could see suing them if they claimed to lose weight with a company on tv but not really use them.

    Wow what people won't do for money. I think we should start suing McDonald's, Burger King, Wendy's, and every other fast food restaurant for making us fat!

    GOOD IDEA!!!! There isnt a sign there that says, "Consuming too much of this food will cause extreme weight loss"
