Did you stay within your nutritional goals?
No

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal?
No

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Didn't go way over on calories. Got my hair cut instead of working out.

What would I have done differently? Not eat the danish at 8:00 last night.

What is today's personal goals? Stay within calories and exercise.

    woken up early and gotten some yoga in

    came close on calories, even with 3 cookies!

    gotten some exercise

    already did an hour walk with a friend, stay within calories

    yes - i am actually under my calories but not hungry

    yes for food no for exercise

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? I managed to choose better foods to eat

    What would I have done differently? Really should have worked out
