So this week my usual yoghurt brand was not on special so i thought i'll try the one on special same serving size flavour etc so won't be a problem right ??
Putting my calories in realised it is more then DOUBLE my usual calories and now my breakfast is over 600 calories which is almost half my daily total
Has anyone else been caught out by thinking its so similiar it won't make a drifference or is it just me should i just check the labels a bit closer before buying ?

DEF check labels. I noticed a 10-30 calorie per cup difference in 2% milk.. My thought process was "well it is all 2%", and when I checked I was sure surprised..0

yeah definitely check labels ! lol
i made the mistake once too.
i usually get a yogurt that is like 35-60 cals per cup thingy.
and i grabbed like an original kind, which was like 160 cals for the small cup thingy.
big mistake ! lol0 -
I think i will start using the MFP app on my phone and scan the barcodes as i buy then i won't get any nasty surprises once i get the food home0
