1. Watermelon ---> hydration
2. Dark Chocolate --->caffeine and makes you feel horny, because SEX is great for keeping up morale LOL!
3. Steak

Apparently you can live on just red beans and rice. I read something recently about the importance of omega3s so I threw that in there. I also looooove salmon.
Oh, I see most of you aren't taking the practical approach.

I like your thinking! I was trying to figure out my third item and you have given it to me, although if I'm on a deserted island I'm sure there will be items there that I enjoy that I could eat. :happy:

Wanna know why? for one I love black beans and strawberries and hemp seeds are one of the best nutrition seeds ever....if only we could grow "industrial hemp" in the USA it would be the ultimate cash crop with endless uses....but that is a total different topic...
All three Items have many uses, health benefits and I enjoy the taste of all of them....I am actually tempted to try making heamp seed butter.. With these combined you have a highly nutritional and balenced selection including Vitamins and minerals to boost imune system on your island. Maybe I over thought this but oh well...
I wish I could find hemp seed cheap but since all hemp in the USA is imported kinda hard to do that.
