All last week I was under on calories by quite a bit but I ended up 5g over on fat, 396mg on cholesterol, 788mg on sodium and 208g of sugar. Are these numbers high enough over that I should seriously reevaluate my eating? I eat a lot of fruits and I know they are high in sugar but is it good sugar? I also eat eggs every morning, if I'm going over on cholesterol because of eating eggs is it really horrible? Also sodium is in everything!!! How do I get away from it??

IMO eggs are great dont worry abt that unless you have a condition and your doc says no no... regarding the other numbers, they dont seem that bad to me.. the best way to stay away from sodium is by eating fresh foods.. making your meals yourself and staying away from packaged stuff...

    good luck to you!
