Yesterday I put a post on here asking if there were any WarriorZ fans on here I was surprized to see the post got no hits If your interested in a kick butt exercise you don't have to leave home for Check out Zuzanna Light you can follow her on fb, youtube or twitter I do not benifit from this I follow on fb myself and get a exercise sent to my page everyday Just wanted to pass it along to anyone who might be interested:)
