Second Attempt

So this is my second account on here. I started under a different name back in November 2010, lost about 15 lbs., then managed to fall off the wagon about a year ago and gain it all back and then some. I'm a little less than a month away from my 21st birthday. I am 5'2" and up to almost 200 lbs. (though thankfully have not hit that awful mark and plan on never doing so!). I completely recognize that I need to fix this right now.

My parents both have issues with weight and health. Dad has heart disease and diabetes. My mom is very heavy and my heart breaks that her joints are giving out already at age 47, along with suffering from many other weight-related issues. I know I can't go down that path and that I need to take care of myself now while I'm still young.

Anyway, the plan is simple. Track calories religiously even if I've had a bad day, stay conscious of what I am eating and why, exercise or do something else instead of stress eat, and try to walk to and/or from school (1.3 miles) at least 3 times a week. I know from before that if I follow these things I will have huge success!

Anyway, I deleted my old account because I didn't like the reminders of having failed the first time. So here's the new account, and if anyone would like to add me I would love to have you as a friend so we can cheer each other on!
