Can't live without carbs

I've been trying to cut back on carbs, but i've been feeling lightheaded recently, am I doing something wrong? I usually eat around 170g on days that I work out and around 130g on days that I dont.

My settings are adjusted to around 140g carbs, and I have been losing steadily. Rice was a staple before I started counting calories. It was hard, but just limit your portions. I can eat the same kinds of food, I just limit my intake of carb rich foods like rices and noodles. I don't feel light-headed though, but I also eat a lot of vegetables.

I was doing a ketogenic diet, eating less than 50 g of carbs/day. After you go through the first couple of days, the headaches and such goes away, and you actually don't feel all that hungry and lots of energy, after a couple of weeks you don't crave them anymore.
I have avoided grains for the most part the last 3 months, I feel great and don't miss them

Right now I am targeting 100 g of carb or less, but its all from fruits/veggies, no bread, pasta, rice, etc...

Being lightheaded could be related to all kinds of things -if you have cut your calories dramatically, it might just be that you aren't eating enough of anything.

I don't know if cutting carbs specifically would make you feel lightheaded - but if you think this is it, then increase them again and see if you feel better.

But then, I am not a fan of low-carb diets unless you have a specific medical reason to go this way. It seems that some people do better on a low carb diet, but a whole lot of others (like me) don't have any issue with carbs and have no reason to reduce them.

It took me about 3 weeks to get past the craving. Now I don't miss it at all.
My one indulgence is popcorn when I take the kids to a movie.
The counter "suggests" way more carbs than my system can tolerate. My cholesterol, triglycerides, and A1C all go up if I exceed 100g avg carbs per day.

Everyone is different. I have not checked to see if the counter makes adjustment for hypoglycemic, pre-diabetic or diabetic.
My niece developed gestational diabetes that became type 2 diabetes. Her doctor put her on a low carb high fat diet. In less than a year she was no longer clinically diabetic.
