Good morning everyone. Yesterday I made a very light and easy theraputic like workout video right out of bed. Everytime I do this routine I can actually feel it making me strong and preventing any kind of illness from ever coming my way. It's pretty sweet living like that. I had an idea to share what I'm doing so I made this video along with a couple minutes of explanation as to why it works. I also went the extra mile of typing out the key benefits of what this early morning routine is suppose to do for you and I typed out the impromptu routine so you can print it out if you would like.
Feel free to give this a shot in your mornings and see if it makes you feel better throughout the day. I'd love to hear about it if you try it out!
