Back on track

Well I kinda lost focus for a while and started back with some bad habits and surprise surpise I had gained back 11 lbs.
Well for the last 2 weeks I am back at the gym and eating more foods to boost metabolisim and back to remembering why I started here in the first place.
I lost the weight I gained back and I'm on the path to losing the rest. One bright thought even though I stopped activitly doing the right things I did not gain back as much as I feared I would and it was easy to get back on track.
Stick with it friends, even if you lapse and watch out for people that only support you verbally. The ones that are trully on your side will support you no matter how hard it is on them. But in the end it has to come from inside you.
