OMG, What did I just eat! Jeeze, to the gym. I feel like a slug. Need my gym shorts. Darn it they are in the Jeep. Throw on some sweat pants and tromp out to the jeep. Hmmm, these smell funny. Oh well I need to go. Pull on the gym shorts and and they are on backwards. Backwards! That 3 hour nap made things a bit rough. Pull shorts back on, where's my billy, phone, and keys. Billy won't go in. Mother of pearl! The shorts are inside out. Off/on and out the door.

Goodness I feel bloated from that stuff (not to be mentioned) I ate. Get to the gym and tell myself slow and steady. Starting to feel a bit perkie, 3.5 mph, 4.5 mph, and finally 5.1 mph. Oh no, slow down, I'm blinded by sweat. Finally finished the 35 minutes and off to the elliptical. 14 minutes in and and I'm overheated. Time to go, Water, water, Waaaatttttttttttttteeeeeeeeeer!

Head to the grocery to replace what I ate that was actually a gift for mom. Well she won't know. Dang, I need shampoo. Can't take another day of washing my hair with bar soap. That's just awful. No amount of conditioner will kill that film.

What's this, "Fructis"! Hey that sounds like food and no calories. Fortifying too.

Sometimes it is just tough to get out but then you do.
