midnight raw vegetable snack

with carrots
or green beans
or snow peas

i find these are the best for those late night munchies. they don't keep you awake at night from eating late. they don't make you feel bad the next day. they keep you pretty much within calorie goal. they taste good.

i stared at the mixed rice crackers for more munchies and declined. it felt good. i think i'm back on track. (lost 7, kept it off for a few months but couldn't stay disciplined to lose the other 5 and then gained back 3)
