Any breastfeeding mamas?

Anyone on here breastfeeding and trying to lose weight? The weight seemed to fall off with my first child, but my second round of baby fat is hanging in there! Is anyone else in the same boat?
Do you subtract calories for breastfeeding (It takes about 500 calories to produce 20+ oz of milk) So should that count as an 'excersise' to subtract calories burned during the day? I'm really confused on that and don't want to cheat myself here....
Thanks for any advice, support, suggestions!! (or funny stories?) HAHA

add "making mommas milk" or "breastfeeding" into your food diary, it automatically subtracts 500 calories (or whichever you choose depending on age of child) for you0
