    Yes, 80% diet and 20% exercise. It's simple math. You have to hit it from both sides - limit calories in and burn some in the process.

    Shame. If people read the stickys and figured out how it worked, then theyd save themselves a lot of effort. Doing exercise for a month was pretty good going.
