The more you drink water, the easier it will be to drink water. I hated it at first, but now I easily get 12 cups or more a day. It just takes getting used to like everything else, and it really makes a difference.
Also- are you sure you're eating enough? I peeked at your food log and if you're logging everything, you have got to be hungry a lot. A tbsp of cole slaw for breakfast, then nothing until dinner? I'm not an expert, and I'm sure the people who know more than me will be all over this in a minute, but it's harder to stick to it when you're hungry all the time. And it isn't healthy.0
