So frusterated NEED HELP!

So I sucessfully lost 50lbs using my fitness pal alone. I need to lose another 50lbs and one I lost the first 50 I hit a wall. I read on here to increase my calories so I tried that for 2 months and ended up gaining for pounds and didn't lose any inches. I went back to the calories MFP said I should be eating and that four pounds came off rather easily and I got back to where I was and how even with added excersise I am back to that same wall. Any ideas or tips would be greatly welcomed I need to lose this last 50lbs!!!!!!

    An open diary is usually helpful to get comments. How much are you eating, how tall are you, current weight ?

    When you did the "extra calories" thing how much did you eat.

    MFP has me now at 1200 which is fine I eat high protein and never feel hungry I do a smart 1200. I am 5'8 200lbs cureently started at 256lbs

    Have you been thinking about the possibility to take a break? Maybe just maintain for a couple of months, and then start fresh again to lose the last 50?

    I think most of us hit a plateua at some point.

    What did you increase your calorie to? Do you eat back exercise calories?
