Hi all
Are there any seasoned green tea drinkers out there? Can anyone recommend a quality tea? Have been reading about the benefits and would like to try and cut down on regular tea and coffee. Thanks. Linda.

    Clipper Pure Green Tea is really good quality and has 0 calories! Helps your metabolism also.

    I cut caffeine out of my diet back in March. Unfortunately I don't like Green Tea as a drink, but I do enjoy the caffeine free herbal and fruit teas, and also take a Green Tea supplement I buy from Holland and Barret.

    I really like bigelow's green tea with mint! It's refreshing and delicious. There are some other flavored ones I like, but some are nasty. And drinking just plain green tea is also delicious as well.
