I've seen a lot of great results where people ended up staying the same weight or gaining and looking fantastic. I figured it'd be nice if there was a thread of it

I haven't had any physical changes, because I'm not eating consistently, but did get some good strength.
squat 45-190 (stopped by a back injury)
Deadlift 80-240
Bench 80-130
Overhead Press 60-100
This is on a starting strength cycle.0 -
Also I was taking my boob waist butt measurements butbwhat was actually changing was my hips0
