Anyone else bedridden and looking for exercises?

I am trying to maintain my weight not about losing or gaining. It is about living and being able to move and be as healthy as possible. I have a home care person 3 hours a day 7 days a week. My care person is wonderful help but we have converted some chair exercises and my OT got me out of bed to do a bicycle pedal for 5 min. today. Looking for more suggestions.

The hospital OT set my goal at sitting on side of bed and eating. Got to get stronger to do it.

    I think there are many exercises you can do with a bycycle pedal. You might want to go on the internet and look for chair exercises. I would check with your PT if you have one, or at least your doctor before you try anything else, though. Good luck and take care!
