TYPE 1 Diabeties people - I NEED your help!! PLEASE!

My mother in law has begun using MFP and she is type 1 diabetic. I am hoping to find some MFP members who are diabetic who will "friend" her. She is just getting started and I am there to support her but it would be great if there was someone out there with first hand experience dealing with diabetes who could support her as well. She is an absolute sweetheart of a lady and I am excited for her to experience the joy that I have found through MFP and the members here.

    My 11yo daughter has Type-1 D in fact I started using MFP in the first place just for the food/carb info for her.

    I will send your MIL a friend request. Any other Type-1's (or parents of) feel free to friend me as well.
