6.4lbs in 15 Days---Work 40HRS/Week

I've lost 6.4lbs in 15 days! I love MFP!!!! I never tracked my food......So now that i am, I realize I was such a FATTY! lol I ate whatever I wanted whenever I wanted, eating way more food than necessary! I prob. ate over 3000 CAL a day!!!! So now with Tiffany Rothe on my side <lol look her up on youtube, her 10 min mountain excerise is awsome.> and MFP, I feel I will successfully reach my goal! I just need some motivation to work out everyday, I'm sure I'd probably excel even quicker! I work 40 hours a week, and 75% of the time i just wanta go lay down! Ugh! I wish I had a workout buddy!!!
