Athletes (of any level) working on lowering BFP

Hey all:
I love the success stories and the support you all give yourselves! I'd like to find some athletes out there working on dropping 10 pounds or so to get to around 10% body fat and increase performance. I'm looking for some tips on these last 10 pounds and help with diet so I'm not so cranky!
About me: I'm running the NYC Marathon in November for the second time and I'd really like to do much better. I'm confident that being 10 pounds lighter and getting my BFP from 15 to 10 will be a big help.
