Eat at a moderate calorie deficit (20% under TDEE is a good start and this ASSUMES that you need to lose weight to begin with. In fairness, I haven't seen your full body pics so if you're quite thin then this advice may not apply, but the remainder below does)
Consume adequate protein and fat
Lift weights (not the pink ones)
Rest
Repeat
EDIT: And you don't need to avoid any specific foods unless
a) You have an intolerance/allergy.
b) You can't eat that food without going over your daily intake limits.
And no you do not need to eat perfectly 100% clean, stay within your calorie and macro goals. Certainly try for good nutrient dense food choices, and common sense serving sizes, moderate as needed - but do not be a slave to good/bad foods.
Also adding, definitely start lifting some weights, heavy for you , lower reps - that will do much to change overall body composition.
And P90x is a 90 day program (which also includes resistance/weight training)
What these 2 have to say.
I LOOOOOOOOOOVE p90x. I'm in week 7 right now!0 -
This is my GOAL.
What exercises etc do I need to do for how long (eg 30mins) and how many days a week to get my body looking like this?
Is there any foods I need to try and stay AWAY from?
Thanks in advance guys!
Those are professional photos. To look like that you need to develop ninja-like skills with photoshop. REAL people have imperfections, and any time you see a professionally shot pic of a celebrity or model, it's been photoshopped.0 -

i would start by downloading Photoshop and buying some baby oil.0

Photoshop is how you look like that.0

According to your little weight loss progress bar, you can start toning immediately. Keep under your calorie max for the day and start doing lots of crunches and light weights. To get toned like her isn't actually that hard if you are at the lower end of your healthy weight spectrum. If you tend to store weight in one particular place (stomach, hips, butt) then toning that particular area could be harder than the others. Please stay within your healthy weight spectrum if that is the case. Don't hurt yourself for definition where you may always look just nice and curved.
Looking at your pictures, you're already extremely cute. I'm thinking most people will get stuck on that and not even notice your abs0 -

Honey, stop doing this do yourself! Even the girl in the picture doesn't look like that except when she is styled for a photoshoot, photoshopped, and has visited a plastic surgeon.
Eat healthy. Exercise. And learn to love the beautiful body you have!0 -
lift heavy. very heavy. you see those little weights she's holding in the second picture? she never uses those. she is most likely following a bodybuilder/power lifter routine. heavy is relative to you. start working on the four major lifts, overhead press, dead lift, bench press, squat. use this http://www.strstd.com/ don't be afraid to start small.
cardio, but not the tradition long endurance cardio. you want short, 5 mile max, runs about 3 times a week. you want to try things like HIIT runs, 400 meter sprint repeats, and other interval training.
swimming and yoga can be used as active recovery from both cardio and lifting.
eat at a calorie deficit, but not too much. this girl is building muscle, so she re-eats her exercise calories. depending on her height, weight, and routine, i'm sure she probably eats upwards of 1800 calories.
last but not least, check out staci. http://www.nerdfitness.com/blog/2011/07/21/meet-staci-your-new-powerlifting-super-hero/0 -

I know photoshop has been used. It doesn't change the fact she has an amazing body without photoshop. She has even won competitiOns with it.
Why so much 'hate'?
I love how she is so beautiful (with an without photoshop) when a lot of society thinks beautiful is being skinny, not being fit.0 -
Bump for some great advice + links0

I have no idea. The guy that photoshopped the picture might.

People do tend to use photoshoP but it doesn't change the fact that she has an amazing body
Are you sure?

This. I assumed in my response above, by how little weight you had left to lose, that you're ready for definition work. The only thing I disagree with about his response is the "not the pink ones" part of the comment. You can do lots of reps with very light weights and get some beautiful definition. It just won't increase your overall strength much.0 -

She does. She enters competitions and wins because of her body.0 -

well, kudos for wanting to be strong, and not just skinny. so that means you need to lift. good. you are on the right track. so many women don't want to even touch a barbell, for fear of getting bulky.
i think the hate is being spewed because photos like this give people an unrealistic goal to shoot for. the pictures are obviously photoshopped, but yes, she probably still works really really hard.
whats her name? what kind of competitions has she won? find that out, and i'm sure you can find her work out, or work outs that others similar to her have done.0 -
I think she looks amazing and I wish I could have a body like that. I think you should ignore the photoshop comments, and listen to the solid advice given. It's going to take strength training and toning obviously. Good luck with your goal!0

This
yup. focus on adequate protein and good fat, let the remaining cals (which will be from carbs) fall as they may, but i'd recommend still trying to keep them from quality sources.
and the weights thing.. yes.
also, if you're not familiar with the barre method, i am a HUGE fan. you should see some the women in the classes i go to, and that's all the've done for years. i was big into last year, but its expensive, so i dropped off but i still like to go a couple times a month to remind my body of things. its absolutely incredible.0 -
Wow, she looks fabulous. Who is she?
(sorry if it's been asked/posted before, I didn't see it)0 -
The hair is extensions and the boobs are silicone.
lol; women can see things that most men can't ;D0 -

It's not hate. It's that young women now set their goals to look like impossible photoshopped images instead of wanting to look like real people. Real they could achieve, perfect they can't. THIS is why EDs are so rampant. Young women can't be satisfied with looking like an achievable goal, they are assuming they can look like the photoshopped photos they are bombarded with. Show the same woman in a completely unretouched photo from a family snapshot album and say THAT is how you want to look and I say go for it. But using heavily photoshopped photos for inspiration is setting yourself up for problems.0 -

Meh just ignore them.

i suggest New Rules of Lifting For Women, or Stronglifts(havent tried this yet but i want to)
Good luck!0 -

really? One boob appears to be larger than the other... Her left boob (on the right side in both pics) is larger than the right. :noway:0 -

Yup this image has been altered using a Mac w/ their Image IO framework it is over 30% modified.0
